Oregon's Multnomah County Department of County Human Services, Mental Health and Addiction Services Division seeks a contractor to provide Sobering Services. The target population for Sobering Services is Multnomah County residents who are intoxicated or under the influence of controlled substances in public places. These clients may be combative or physically aggressive and their admission may be either voluntary or involuntary (civil holds).
