Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), Chronic Disease Risk Reduction Unit seeks a contractor to provide data and recommendations about effective communication for MDH, local public health, and to key partners. This project will guide communication efforts for the Minnesota Obesity Plan specifically and other similar future projects in general.
