Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice is requesting proposals for development and operation of a statewide Youth Tracking Program (YTP). The YTP is a contractual form of home/community supervision, characterized by rules and frequent random monitoring and serves as an alternative to secure detention for youth awaiting a court action and includes services directed toward client accountability. Services will eliminate unnecessary secure detention of youth who score low or medium on the standardized Detention Assessment Instrument and allow them to remain at home with the least restrictive environment consistent with public safety. *****AWARDED.
