Oregon Department of Human Services seeks a contractor to design, develop and Implement its Behavioral Health Integration Project (BHIP). The contractor will implement an Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Hospital Management System (HMS) to meet the requirements of Oregon's State Hospitals. It is anticipated that in the 2011-13 biennium elements of this EHR or a compatible interface will be implemented for over 500 outpatient Community Behavioral Health Providers and 13 acute care hospitals throughout the State of Oregon . . .
