Texas' Tarrant County seeks a contractor to act in the capacity of a reentry specialist to implement the recruitment and training programs of the Tarrant County Life Coach Program (LCP). The Reentry Specialist will need to clearly understand mentorship and the role it has in the reentry process. They will be the initial point of contact for the life coach program. The LCP will implement a mentoring model that will recruit, train and support life coach teams.
