Mississippi's Yalobusha County seeks a contractor to provide and administer at-risk youth programs in disadvantaged communities in Yalobusha County, Mississippi to prevent and reduce at-risk behaviors among youth, ages 10-15, and to prevent, or break the cycle of, welfare dependence in low-income families. Services shall include reducing and preventing out-of-wedlock pregnancies; prevention/intervention/reduction of substance abuse (use of alcohol, drugs and tobacco products); and prevention/reduction of other behaviors that prevent the attainment of a high school diploma or GED . . .
