Ohio's Butler County Commissioners seek a contractor to provide facility and specified treatment services appropriate to the rehabilitation of at least 254 misdemeanant offenders diverted from incarceration and sentenced to the Misdemeanant Jail Reduction Program as a community control sanction. The offenders shall likely be or will already be sentenced to the Butler County Jail, Resolutions, or Middletown City Jail.
