Mississippi Department of Human Services, Division of Family and Children's Services (MDHS/DFCS) seeks a contractor to provide Independent Living and After Care Services to youth who are currently in the foster care system, and to those who transition out of the foster care system. These youths are in the custody of MDHS/DFCS and are in a variety of placement options such as foster homes; group homes; emergency shelters; residential treatment centers; and relative placements. The Independent Living program shall be designed with emphasis on preparation for self-sufficiency to all youth ages 14-20 by Youth Court . . .
