New York State Office of Mental Health seeks a contractor to provide the development and operation of 108 units of Supportive Housing for young adults with serious mental illness in New York City. The eligible population to be served is young adults ages 18 to 24 who are currently being treated in New York State licensed residential treatment facilities, stateÐoperated psychiatric centers or are leaving or have recently left foster care. These are individuals who could live independently in the community if provided with supportive housing and who would be at risk of street or sheltered homelessness if discharged . . .
