Mississippi Department of Human Services, Division of Economic Assistance seeks a contractor to administer At-Risk Youth Programs in disadvantaged communities in Mississippi to prevent and reduce at-risk behaviors among youth, ages 10-15, in low-income families to prevent, or break the cycle of, welfare dependence. Services or activities include reducing and preventing out-of-wedlock pregnancies; prevention/intervention/reduction of substance abuse (use of alcohol, drugs and tobacco products) and prevention/reduction of other behaviors that prevent the attainment of a high school diploma or GED.
