New York State Department of Correctional Services seeks a contractor to develop and implement a program in five New York State correctional facilities in the lower Hudson Valley Region. The scope of the services includes delivery of a parenting training program for inmates, family counseling for inmates and designated family members, and training of Department staff on issues related to family dynamics when a family member is incarcerated. These services will be provided in four of the facilities. In addition, supervised children's visiting centers will be in those same four facilities plus one additional facility . . .
