New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services seeks a contractor provide clinical case management services to address anticipated demand for chemical dependence case management services from Rockefeller Drug Law sentencing reforms, which established a judicial diversion program for certain non-violent felony offenders. The sentencing reforms are expected to increase the demand for chemical dependence treatment services, including outpatient services, as additional non-violent felony offenders will now be provided the opportunity to participate in treatment services and programs under Judicial and Probation or other supervision . . .
