Iowa Department of Public Health, Division of Acute Disease Prevention and Emergency Response seeks a contractor to implement quality improvement (QI) in public health, in particular improvement in obesity prevention outcomes. The purpose of the project is to form an obesity prevention QI mini-collaborative; educate organizations about QI; aid organizations in the application of QI tools as they relate to public health; provide organizations the opportunity to apply QI tools and identify areas for improvement in existing adult obesity prevention interventions/initiatives; and support organizations as they implement quality improvement activities to produce improved obesity prevention outcomes . . .
