Tennessee Department of Finance and Administration, Bureau of TennCare seeks a contractor to develop per capita costs on an actuarially sound basis to be used for compensating Managed Care Organization (MCO) participants in the TennCare Program. The contractor's study shall include the State's assessment of the rates paid to its contracted managed care organizations each year. Included in the analysis will be a review of payments for hospital providers for similar services for comparable populations in other state Medicaid programs . . .
