Vermont Department of Health (VDH) seeks a contractor to provide an adult tobacco survey. The survey is a list-assisted, random digit dialed telephone sample survey of approximately 2000 non-institutionalized Vermont adults ages 18 and older. The contractor will be responsible for drawing and managing the sample, conducting all telephone interviews, data weighting, data set delivery to VDH, and collecting and maintaining re-contact information for survey respondents . . .
