New York's Westchester County Office of Workforce Investment seeks a contractor to provide skills training for current employees that will result in the upgrade of these employeesÕ skill sets and competencies. It is preferable that this training leads to a national, state and/or industry recognized credential, certification, and/or license. This initiative is an effort to help businesses address immediate incumbent worker and new employee training to help reduce employee turnover rates and in effect reduce recruitment and training costs related to hiring new workers . . .
