Virginia's Fairfax County seeks a contractor to operate Leland House. Leland House is an eight bed psychiatric crisis care residential program for youth ages 12 through 17 who are experiencing a psychiatric-emotional-behavioral crisis. The program targets children who are in crisis and who are not able to remain in their family home or current setting until the crisis is resolved. The purpose of Leland House is to assure the stabilization of the youth's specific crisis situation through the provision of a safe and therapeutic environment and to divert the child from more intensive and long-term . . .
