Arizona's City of Tucson seeks a contractor to provide diversion program services for the Criminal Division of the Prosecutor's Office/Tucson City Prosecutor's Office and to the Tucson City Court for certain types of monitored probation convictions. The contractor will provide offenders with appropriate treatment and education, as well as monitoring in designated instances.
