New York State Department of Correctional Services seeks a contractor to provide infant nursery and parenting program services for two female correctional facilities in Westchester County. The nursery program permits women who are pregnant when entering prison to keep their infant with them in a specialized housing unit for up to a year. The parenting program serves the nursery mothers plus many other offenders in the facility who are mothers and will eventually reunite with their children in the community.
