Kentucky Department of Criminal Justice Training seeks a contractor to provide domestic violence expert instructor services. The contractor will teach a course during the 2012 Domestic Abuse and Sexual Assault Symposium which will be held November 26-30, 2012 at the Barren River State Park in Lucas. The course will focus on domestic abuse. Officers in attendance will be provided information about officer and victim safety, the effects of domestic abuse on children, identifying the primary aggressor, and how to investigate a strangulation case . . .
