Ohio's MetroHealth System seeks a contractor to provide electronic claims and remittance processing services. The contractor will edit, process, and submit HCFA 1500, COB claims, UB04, and dental billing forms electronically and on paper to third-party payers and guarantors; process 835 remittance files from Medicare, Medicaid, Medical Mutual, and all payers who process electronic 835 so that remit and denial data can be posted electronically to MHS accounts receivable; and produce payer explanation of benefit forms for purposes of all secondary billing . . .
