Minnesota Department of Health, Family Home Visiting Unit seeks a contractor to implement statewide training and extended practice enhancement sessions to family home visitors regarding the practice of motivational interviewing (MI). The outcomes of this project will be to deliver professional level training to family home visitors and their supervisors; embed the practice of MI with family home visitors and their supervisors through extended practice enhancement sessions; ensure consistent messages to participants about MI; and contribute to statewide strategies which promote the fidelity of implementation of evidenced-based home visiting practice at the local level through embedding the ongoing practice . . .
