Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) seeks a contractor to evaluate the Illinois Pathways Manufacturing Project, a statewide demonstration project funded by the U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL) through the Workforce Innovation Fund (WIF). The evaluation will examine the implementation and effectiveness of the WIF-funded project through a process, outcome, and impact evaluation meeting USDOL evaluation requirements.
