Colorado Department of Human Services, Division of Youth Corrections (DYC) seeks a contractor to operate as a fiscal agent and manage a network of service providers. Service providers will provide a range of direct services to DYC clients who are in the DYC Continuum of residential placement and/or living in the community on parole status. The range of services provided will include but is not limited to: individual and group therapy, family therapy, evaluation and assessment, vocational services, substance use services, day treatment programs, culturally-competent counseling, neuropsychological evaluations, emancipation/life skills services, polygraph/plethysmograph testing, translation services, gender . . .
