Montana Department of Transportation seeks a contractor to provide judicial outreach liaison (JOL) services to assist the State Highway Traffic Safety Office and the judiciary in reducing impaired driving. The JOL establishes peer-to-peer relationships in the judicial community to promote proven and promising judicial practices that relate to the way in which the judiciary handles impaired driving cases and other traffic safety issues. The JOL also promotes relationships between the judicial community and other traffic safety stakeholders in order to assist communities in reducing impaired driving and associated crashes, injuries, and deaths . . .
