Minnesota's Washington County Community Services Department seeks a contractor interested in developing a licensed corporate child foster care setting. This setting shall provide home and community-based services for children with severe emotional disorders. These children have significant behavioral support needs, including displaying behaviors and symptoms related, but not limited to, fetal alcohol spectrum disorders, attachment disorders, psychotic disorders, mood disorders, borderline personality disorder, reactive attachment disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, as well as sexualized/inappropriate behaviors.
