Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) seeks a contractor to provide Minnesota Immunization Information Connection (MIIC) services to remind adolescents of vaccines they are overdue to receive. The contractor will provide current adolescent patient rosters, updated contact information for these patients, and any immunization records not already contained in MIIC. The contractor will distribute information provided by MDH about adolescent immunization and the recall project to their network of health care providers.
