Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) seeks a contractor to continue the implementation of public health preparedness activities. The model involves providing staffing within each of the ten Homeland Security Districts who will engage in planning, training, exercise, and volunteer management activities. These individuals will coordinate closely with local health departments and ISDH Public Health Preparedness and Emergency Response Division staff as well as other state and local preparedness partners, such as the Indiana Department of Homeland Security, county emergency management agencies, and hospitals to provide consistent, statewide program performance that meets and exceeds federal public health preparedness requirements . . .
