Iowa Department of Human Services seeks a contractor to provide services related to the Child Support Recovery Unit's award of a National Child Support Noncustodial Employment Demonstration Project. The contractor will provide an integrated approach to providing employment-oriented services to help noncustodial parents attain and maintain stable employment, as well as a fatherhood/parenting curriculum that helps noncustodial parents become closer with their children. The goal of the project is to improve the financial well-being of children by improving the engagement of noncustodial parents with coordinated services including child support, employment, financial literacy, and fatherhood/parenting support . . .
