Services include, but are not limited to, delivering onsite and telephone consultations for psychiatric and mental health services for inmates; providing onsite comprehensive mental health assessments; prescribing and monitoring psychotropic medications; maintaining medical records; ordering and interpreting necessary lab work; coordinating care with other medical and nursing staff who may be treating the inmate for other health conditions or arranging and coordinating offsite care; and providing education for correctional and/or nursing staff . . .
