Arizona's Maricopa County Department of Public Health seeks a contractor to provide facilitator services to conduct the Wyman's Teen Outreach Program (TOP) or the Reduce the Risk (RTR) curriculum in various locations in Maricopa County including Junior and High Schools, community based organizations, and Phoenix-area middle schools and junior high schools.
