Vermont Department for Children and Family Services, Office of Child Support (OCS) seeks a contractor to conduct a feasibility study and provide system replacement support for its current computer mainframe system (ACCESS). This system is unable to meet the current program demands and requires extensive human resources to function on a day to day basis.
