Vermont Department of Health, Division of Health Surveillance seeks a contractor to conduct the Vermont Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (VTBRFSS). The VTBRFSS obtains information on individual behaviors that are related to the leading causes of morbidity and mortality. The VTBRFSS is a random digit-dialed telephone survey of approximately 6,400 non-institutionalized Vermont adults, 18 and older.
