Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) seeks a contractor to evaluate the StateÕs level of compliance with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) seven conditions and standards. This evaluation will determine if ODM meets requirements necessary to be eligible for enhanced Federal match funding.
