Mississippi Department of Human Services seeks a contractor to administer a youth mentorship program in community based/school sites. The program will target youth ages 16 and up as mentors and youths ages 5-15 as mentees to prevent and reduce at-risk behaviors among youth (adolescents and teenagers) and low-income families, thereby, breaking the cycle of, welfare dependence.
