Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), Office of Statewide Health Improvement Initiatives (OSHII) seeks a contractor to provide data analysis services to support the evaluation of community health improvement initiatives conducted through the MDHÕs Statewide Health Improvement Program (SHIP) and Community Transformation Grant (CTG). The goal is to clean, analyze, and report on SHIP and CTG evaluation data gathered by the Evaluation and Surveillance Unit of OSHII at the MDH for the purpose of measuring the progress and impact of statewide community health improvement initiatives.
