Georgia Department of Corrections seeks a contractor to provide a substance abuse aftercare services program that targets offenders who have completed a primary, intensive substance abuse treatment program. The population will include offenders with behavior patterns such as positive drug tests while under correctional supervision, prior parole/probation failure associated with substance abuse, crimes consistent with addiction, crimes committed under the influence of alcohol or other drugs, and offenders diagnosed with co-occurring disorders.
