U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announces the availability of funding for implementation of the National Network of Sexually Transmitted Diseases Clinical Prevention Training Centers (NNPTC) Grant. The purpose of this grant is to create a national network of NNPTCs that comprises up to eight regional and four national centers. The NNPTCs will develop, disseminate, and evaluate training and training assistance to improve STD care at the individual health care clinician, clinical organization, and health care system level.
