U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Office of Community Services announces the availability of funding for implementation of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Training and Technical Assistance (T/TA) Organizational Standards Center of Excellence (COE) Grant.
