U.S. Department of Defense, Defense Medical Research and Development Program announces the availability of funding for implementation of the Investigational Treatments for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Clinical Trial Award Grant. The purpose of this grant is to direct a pilot program and establish a process for randomized placebo-controlled clinical trials of investigational treatments (including diagnostic testing) of TBI and PTSD received by members of the Armed Forces in health care facilities other than military treatment facilities.
