U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, National Institute on Aging (NIA) announces the availability of funding for implementation of the Innovative Measures of Oral Medication Adherence for HIV Treatment and Prevention (R01) Grant. The purpose of this grant is to advance the development of bioanalytical assays, pill ingestion sensors, drug metabolite and taggant detection systems, or wireless technologic approaches for monitoring and improving adherence to oral antiretroviral therapy and pre-exposure prophylaxis.
