U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute announces the availability of funding for implementation of the Testing Multi-Level Interventions to Improve Blood Pressure Control in Minority Racial/Ethnic, Low Socioeconomic Status, and/or Rural Populations (UH2/UH3) Grant.
