U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announces the availability of funding for a contractor to provide National Public Health Practice and Resource Centers on Health Promotion for People with Disabilities. The purpose of the National Public Health Practice and Resource Centers (NPHPRC) on Health Promotion for People with Disabilities program is to fund the development of centers to promote health, prevent disease and improve the quality of life of individuals living with disabilities.
