U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announces the availability of funding for a contractor to provide epidemiological research study to obtain estimates of the prevalence and incidence of Interstitial Cystitis (IC) in adult populations, and to define the demographic and clinical characteristics of IC and its impact on the health from a population perspective. The FOA also includes development and recommending a model for national surveillance of IC.
