Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC) seeks a contractor to work with Victim Assistance and Restorative Justice staff to identify victims requesting to participate in the restorative justice programs. It is anticipated that the contractor will work 10 hours per week for 48 weeks in FY16. Specifically, the DOC is looking for a contractor who will coordinate the following restorative processes: conduct Victim Offender Dialogue (VOD) by interviewing victims and offenders, assigning facilitators, and monitoring each case as it progresses through the process; coordinate and facilitate quarterly VOD meetings; conduct Victim Offender Community a Restorative Experience (VOCARE) groups by interviewing victims . . .
