California's Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department, Correctional Health Services seeks a contractor to provide onsite forensic evidence collection at the Sacramento County Main Jail. Forensic evidence collection includes blood alcohol testing (both consensual and non-consensual); taking saliva and hair samples from persons accused of committing sexual assaults (sexual assault kit); court ordered HIV testing; and miscellaneous testing. The contractor must also provide 24 hour on-call phlebotomist services for consensual and non-consensual blood draws from persons arrested for driving under the influence that are taken directly to the hospital by law enforcement instead of the Sacramento County . . .
