Minnesota Department of Human Services seeks a contractor to provide cultural education and guidance for the clients who attend the Community Addiction Recovery Enterprise program in Brainerd. The clients who attend the program are Native American, most are Ojibwe, and there are a few that are Lakota. The desired outcome is for the clients to gain knowledge of their heritage, learn language skills, to be able to participate in ceremonies, and strengthen their spirit to enable a higher likelihood of recovery from addiction . . .
