Rhode Island Department of Human Services seeks a contractor to provide services to increase access by underserved populations to programs and services administered by the Rhode Island Department of Human Services, Medicaid, and federally funded housing programs; and/or provide supportive services for victims of crime and/or individuals with behavioral health, substance abuse, housing, or other needs, who may have high utilization of intensive health care treatment, and who are at risk of cycling through the criminal justice system or other intensive settings of institutional care; such services would, if applicable, divert individuals to less intensive community-based settings . . .
