Minnesota Department of Health, Immunization Program seeks a contractor to provide web conference consultations on how to give a strong HPV vaccination recommendation. These web conference consultations would take place during an Assessment, Feedback, Incentive, and information eXchange (AFIX) visit. This web conference would be offered to clinics which have a physician committed to attending the AFIX visit. The contractor will also offer Continuing Medical Education for immunization providers who actively participate during the AFIX visit and marketing and promotion of the AFIX visits and adolescent immunization uptake to their membership via conferences, planned events, and speaking engagements . . .
