Rhode Island Department of Behavioral Health Care, Developmental Disabilities and Hospitals seeks a contractor to provide a range of services through a community-based behavioral health care assessment center known as “Behavioral Health Link.” These services include, but are not limited to, acting as a statewide resource for behavioral healthcare information to all Rhode Islanders, providing referrals to the community for ongoing services, providing triage and stabilization services to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis, and to and ensure that on-going services are obtained after the referral through use of case management and peer recovery specialists . . .
